Private Villa Overflow Pool, Jacuzzi & Sauna – Jerash, Jordan
A private villa leisure project in Jerash, Jordan, completed in 2023, featuring an 8 × 4 m overflow swimming pool, a 2.5 × 2.5 m jacuzzi and a 1.7 × 2.5 m sauna. The project also included dedicated heat-pump systems and salt chlorination systems for both the swimming pool and the jacuzzi.

Private villa project in Jerash, Jordan, completed in 2023. Kingdom Pillars carried out the plastering, complete waterproofing, swimming pool and jacuzzi tiling, and all mechanical works for an 8 × 4 m overflow swimming pool, a 2.5 × 2.5 m jacuzzi and a 1.7 × 2.5 m sauna. The project also included heat-pump heating and salt chlorination systems for the swimming pool and jacuzzi.

Our solution
Kingdom Pillars executed the plastering works, a complete MAPEI waterproofing system, and the tiling works for both the swimming pool and jacuzzi. Our team also completed all mechanical works, including the overflow circulation system, balance tank, filtration, salt chlorination and independent heat-pump heating systems for the swimming pool and jacuzzi. The works were coordinated through the finishing, testing, commissioning and final handover stages.
Result & handover
The project was completed and handed over in 2023 with the swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and all related mechanical, heating and water-treatment systems fully commissioned and ready for operation.
