A private villa renovation and outdoor development project in Naour, Jordan, completed in 2024. The project included the construction of a new 6 × 12 m overflow swimming pool, approximately 500 m² of terraces, an 80 m³ rainwater collection tank, bathrooms, outdoor seating areas and storage facilities. The scope also included comprehensive renovation works to the existing villa, including interior works, roofing tiles and associated finishing works.

The challenge
The project required the integration of a completely new swimming pool and extensive outdoor facilities with an existing private villa. The works involved multiple disciplines and required careful coordination between structural, waterproofing, mechanical, architectural and finishing works while maintaining a consistent design across the renovated villa and the newly developed outdoor areas.
Our solution
Kingdom Pillars executed an integrated solution covering the new overflow swimming pool, waterproofing, mechanical and filtration systems, terraces, rainwater collection tank, bathrooms, seating areas and storage facilities, together with the renovation of the existing villa and roofing tile works. The swimming pool waterproofing system was executed using MAPEI Mapelastic Smart, Mapeband and Mapenet reinforcement mesh.
Result & handover
The project was completed and handed over in 2024 as an integrated private villa and outdoor leisure development, combining the renovated residence with a new overflow swimming pool, extensive terraces and supporting facilities. The completed works transformed the property into a fully developed residential and recreational space.
